Here Bellow is the Risk Assessment made for the Preproduction along with names and numbers of the cast and parents of the cast. Also numbers for emergency services.
Here below is one of many Talent Consent forms that had to be made for the making of these advertisements. The cast were a bit disappointed that they had to sign them again, because they signed them for the actual shooting of the show, but hey no one likes getting sued!

Here below is me trying to get approval from Mr Marcus Wheeler to film on his estate, 9 Wells Walk or Spooks House by email, he soon emailed back and said yes to filming on his property.
Overall now all is left is a call sheet that is used to get all the contacts of all the members of the team, cast and crew alike and have their numbers and details on it to ensure an organised team that can stay in contact with each other and able to film and make compromises. Sadly, even though I have claimed in many blog posts that I have worked with a professional team and so on I have to break the fourth wall and state that I have never worked with a team in this project and I actually worked through all of this myself therefor there is no use for a call sheet as I have worked with no one but myself there for there is no need for one. Sorry for breaking the forth wall but there it is. Reality check over.
